  • Memory Work
    • Job 1:21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.
    • James 5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.
  • Worksheet: have students calculate how many camels, sheep, oxen and donkeys Job received from God at the end of the book of Job. Adjust the exercise to the age of the child. For preschoolers, put one donkey in one column and   two in the next. Have the students count the numbers. For grade-schoolers, have them compute multiplication exercises at their level, (e.g. 2 donkeys times 2 =?).
  • Musical Blessings: for each piece, name a blessing from God.
